We have a 7 day returns policy, meaning you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or used, with tags and in its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send the package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted .

Goods exchange

If your exchange request is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send the package. Items returned to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you own and, once the return has been accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the problem and resolve it.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Some types of items cannot be returned, such as personalized items and sale items or gift cards .
